This morning, I made a September 8 appointment with Podiatrist, Dr. Jeff Ross in Houston. He made custom orthotics for me before and he is suppose to be the best. Governor Rick Perry is one of his patients. In the meantime, I went to the track this evening and ran the roads from there. I had some sharp pain in my foot and limited my run to 2.5 miles.
