This morning, I ran the Plano Balloon Festival 10K and finished in 1:49:37, about a minutes slower than my 10K a couple weeks ago. I'll blame it on the sore knee. I was 4th of 4 in the 70 and over age group.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
