Spindle Tree Park Run 5K

 I ran the Spindle Tree Park Run 5K in Magnolia this morning.  Finished in 52:42.  Cool temperature after the rain yesterday.

Rain all day

 The forecast was for rain all day.  The rain was light late this morning, so I went to the park and ran 3.2 miles on the roads (without my defib vest).
