I slept through a heavy rain (1.5+ inches) last night. So, the temperature was in the 70's when I went to the park to run this afternoon. I ran 4.2 miles, mostly on the trails. A little muddy in spots.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 85. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
