Got it done

 Late this afternoon, I went to the park to see if I could run and get in at least one mile.  It was painful and gimpy, but I kept going and ran 3.1 miles on the park roads.  I checked for bleeding a couple times, but there was none.  Three more runs to reach 5 years on my current streak.
