I made it back to the state park early this afternoon. Got in 3.1 miles, about half on the roads and half on the trails. I did not notice anything different after the pacemaker adjustment.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 83. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,400 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Member of the U.S. Running Streak Association, Seven Hills Running Club in Huntsville, Texas, Lufkin Area Pace Setters (LAPS) and the Fass Run Club in Conroe, Author of the book, How to Put on a Road Race.

Glad the adjustment didn't impede your running.
The doctor hopes the adjustment keeps me from getting dizzy when I run. So far, it seems to be working.
