I ran our club's annual Labor Day 5K in Huntsville this morning. The knee was worse than yesterday, but I managed a slow run for the entire distance. I think I had a 5K PW (personal worst) at 54:20. However, I won a $25 gift card to Academy in the door prize drawing after the race. That came in handy. I went to Academy this evening and bought a knee brace.
