I ran 3.1 miles on the trails at the state park this evening and met up with only my 3rd snake of the season on the trails. It was a water moccasin that was stretched completely across the trail. We had a standoff for a few seconds and the went on. My knee was better today and I ran without the brace that I bought yesterday. When I was trying it on last night, I "disturbed" some of the stitches in my leg from surgery last Thursday.
