I ran the first ever Tejas 5K in Houston this morning, starting and finishing at the Tejas Brewery. I followed someone off the course and ended up running an extra 10th of a mile. My time for the 3.2-mile course was 57:26. I was the only runner over 80, so I was first in my age group. The post-race party was on a balcony on the 3rd floor of the brewery. This is a photo of the view. I have to go back some time at night to see that view. My total miles for May was 105.

Ken please keep on running and enjoying those beers! Love to read about your adventures and stories. It’s something I look forward to each and every day!
Thanks. The next time ya'll are down this way, let's visit Tejas.
