I had to drive to Tyler this afternoon for a visitation this evening. So, at noon I ran 3.3 miles on the trails at the state park. Got back from Tyler at 10:30 tonight.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
