Humidity

 After some much needed rain, it was terribly humid at the this afternoon.  I managed to get in 3.2 sluggish miles on the trails.  I ended the month with 107.5 miles.  Calendar year to date 882.7 miles.  Races so far this year - 49 (46 at this point last year).
