I ran the Sunday Night 5K in The Woodlands this evening and finished in 48:55. It was my 45th race in 2022, slightly ahead of 2021 at this point in the year.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
