For the fifth time, I ran the Spindle Tree Park Run 5K in Magnolia this morning. I finished the 3-loop flat gravel course in 49:13. I was first of one in my age group.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
