I ran the Spindle Tree 5K Trail Run in Magnolia this morning and finished in 47:23 (1st of 1 in the 80 and over age group). That gives me 104.6 miles for the month of April. This was my 23rd race in 2022. Since my first race on May 1, 1983, today marked the end of 39 years of racing (1,246 races).
