I had visiting family at the house all day today and I ate too much. It was nearly 6 pm before I got to the park to run. There was a line of cars at the gate and those ahead of me were being turned away because the park was full. Luckily, I had made a reservation and they let me in. I ran 4.2 miles on the roads.
