I ran the Run with the Lions 5K in Bellville at 9:30 this morning. I like the late start. I finished in 46:21 and was 1 of 1 in the 80 and over age group. Entry into the race came with a BBQ dinner at the Fruehling Saengerfest in Bellville. Good food and beer and really nice visiting with good friends.
