It was suppose to storm all day. Trying to beat the storm, I went to the park about 10 this morning. I started running on the roads. Okay the first mile. Then rain, which does not bother me. At about a mile and a half, the lightning started. It got so close that I took cover for a while in a shelter. After it was not striking in the immediate area, I headed back to my truck. I got in 2.5 miles. After lunch, I went to Iron Works and ran .6 on a treadmill. I had to get someone to show me how to operate it. Combining the two run, I got in a total of 3.1 miles, keeping my 3-mile minimum streak alive.
