Friday fall

 I ran 3.5 miles on the trails at the park early this afternoon.  About a mile and a half into the run, I tripped on a root and took a hard fall.  I skinned up my knee and am sore tonight.  On the other hand, if no one was there to see and hear me fall, maybe it did not happen.  Just saying.
