I have a colonoscopy scheduled for 11:30 tomorrow morning. So, I had to start my preparation last night. No food today, just clear liquids. Nothing tomorrow before the procedure. That made for a long day today. This morning, I found a chance to go to the track and run a mile to keep the streak alive.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
