The ole hammy felt better today, so I hit the roads for 2.6 miles. Due to heat, injuries and stress, I have really been sluffing off lately with short runs. With the marathon coming up on October 18, I really have to start getting my distance up.
Who are you kidding? An old pro like you can get ready for that marathon in a few weeks! You know that's true especially when you can run seven+ miles without much of a problem. You'll do great.

Are you doing ok, Ken?
Yes, I'm okay, except for having to run everyday in Yuma, Arizona. It was 106 when I ran yesterday after 6 p.m.
