Back to the Park

After working out at Nautilus this evening, I met up with the group at the park.  I ran 3 miles on the park roads, while everyone else ran trails.  We had a running club business dinner and business meeting at the Asian Star Restaurant this evening.  Since I do not eat chicken or anything out of the water, I had the pepper steak.  I hope it was beef.
