I stayed on the trails at the park this afternoon and ran 3.7 miles. A friend of mine passed me on his bike. He is the first person I have seen on the trails in 3 days.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 85. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
