I had my rehab evaluation appointment with the doctor today. He even had me running in the parking lot. Then, one of the techs having me do exercises. Not sure where it is going from here, but I have a regular rehab appointment tomorrow. Guess, it depends on the insurance company. Anyway, I went into town this evening and ran 3.3 miles
