I ran 4.6 miles on the trails at the state park this afternoon. There are lots of flying critters out and I am sure it will not be long before they are joined by the biting horse flies.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,450 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
