My back felt a little better today (fall 9 days ago). I worked out at Iron Works this morning and was able to do a little more. Then, I got to the park just before noon and ran 3.3 miles, mostly on the trails.

Thanks, Marvin. I thought the heat was bad last summer, but it seems worse this year. Me and my lawn are taking a beating.
