I had a family get together in Conroe this afternoon. So, after church this morning, I went to the track and ran 3 miles, which is about my mental limit on an oval.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
