After road races the last two days, I went back to the park trails today. Did 4 miles. By the way, the visible counter on this blog has been disabled for some time. I happened to look at the blog stats tonight and see that there has been exactly 160,000 visits since I began in 2008. Thanks, ya'll for visiting. It is a real source of motivation for me.
