Late this morning, I went to the park with my wife and 3-year grandson. While they were at the playground, I ran 1.2 miles on the roads. Then, we had a picnic lunch.
Goodness, Ken. Staples and such and heart monitoring; new meds. I sure hope you can keep your streak up through all this. I sure hope this gets a lot better for you. God bless.
