Wide Turn

If my recovery from the hamstring is making a turn, it's a wide turn. After working out at Nautilus this evening, I ran 2 miles on the roads in town. Still painful, but I did not have to drag my foot as much. Ran into my friend, Willie Fritz, Head Coach of the SHSU Football Team. He was running the other way, but we stopped for a short visit. I also ran within a couple blocks of the Walls Prison and they had the roads blocked off for an execution.
