Since I can't seem to stay on my feet when running trails, I bought some new trail running gear. Hopefully, it will help.
My knee felt a little better today. I went out to the park this evening and ran 1+ miles on the park roads. I'll try a longer run tomorrow. I'm still confident that I will be okay for the marathon in Dallas on Sunday.

You must have an 80% tear in your quadricep.... Run on the other 20%
