The doc told me not to sweat for 2 days after the surgery. It was up to about 80 degrees today, so I waited to late this evening to run. Got in 3.2 miles in town.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,450 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
