Trails and then ER

 After a little over 2 miles on the trails at the park this evening, I tripped on a root and fell on another.  Skinned up my knee and cut a gash in my right in the palm of my right hand.  Finished my run on the roads (3.6 miles total) and then went straight to ER   I was there several hours and ended up with stitches in my hand.  Guess it will be roads only for a few days.
