I went back down to The Woodlands this morning to run the MC3 Hash Run. It is a new race and part of the Montgomery County Triple (3 races during Thanksgiving week). The course was 3.8 miles on the concrete trails, however, it was set up for runners to go the wrong way and then find their way back on track. In the worst case, it is suppose to be 4 miles. I suppose the name "Hash" comes from. Being pretty slow, I got separated from the group early in the race. I eventually got off the course. I know where I had been and, according to my GPS, I got back to the start line with a 3.8 miles and 1:19:14 on my GPS. It was a new running experience.
