It was warm (80's) and humid when I went to the park this afternoon to run. Got in 4.6 miles on the trails. Even though it has not rained for the last 3 days, the trails are muddy in some places.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 83. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
