Today was the last day of taking antibiotics for my sinus infection. I got to the park a little early to meet up with the group and took off running on the trails. I felt better than yesterday and ended up with 4.1 miles, all on the trails.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Member of the U.S. Running Streak Association, Seven Hills Running Club in Huntsville, Texas, Lufkin Area Pace Setters (LAPS) and Team RWB. Author of the book, How to Put on a Road Race.
