I met up with the group at the park this evening. I mixed up my run, trails and roads. First 1.2 miles on the trails and then 2.1 on the roads. Total 3.3 miles.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
