I put on new running shoes this evening and ran 2 miles on Veterans Memorial Parkway. My last pair lasted 51 days. With all the long runs coming up, I doubt that my new pair will last that long.

Are you ahead of your friend with the races this year? Interesting about how long your shoes don't last.
I am not sure about my friend. He did not answer my email that I sent about 3 weeks ago. The other competitor says he is at 50 races this year. I will keep the pedal to the metal.
