Icy

We woke up today to a sheet of ice covering everything and it stayed in the 30's all day.  I went out to the park this evening and was the only one in the group to show up.  I ran 2 miles on the tree covered park roads.  The ice was melting, so it was like running in a cold rain.  Afterwards, I worked out at Iron Works.
