Yard work Monday

After spending most of the day mowing the lawn and doing other yardwork, I went to Nautilus this evening and ran an unplanned route on the roads in town.  It turned out to be 3.0 miles.  I have two more 5K races this coming weekend and a lot of other races this summer.  No more marathons until next October.
