Back to normal

I felt back to normal today.  I finished the porch ceiling and made it up and down the step stool a hundred times.  After working out at Nautilus this evening, I went out to the park and ran 2 miles on the park roads.  Then, I made it to the last few innings of the Sam Houston State - UT Arlington baseball game.
