John is Back

John Cook, one of our trail running buddies, was back at the park this evening. He has been out several weeks, recovering from knee surgery (not related to trail running). His doctor gave him a release today to start walking. He and Hans did a short walk on the roads and then started getting hydrated early, while Jacob and I did a 3-mile trail run.
