Marathon Spectating
I got up early and drove down to the Houston Marathon to participate as a spectator. Standing for hours was really tiring. I positioned myself about three blocks from the finish line. I saw most everyone I knew who was running and even got a chance to photograph some. Congratulations to everybody who ran. I went to a couple stores on the way home. I got home late and had just enough time to go run laps before going to a cookout.

Congratulations on another marathon finish. You should take today off.
I was planning to take today off but forgot the plan, and got up at four and ran three.

Thanks for being there. It really helped me to see a familiar face at that point. It got me to the finish line.
