Hike at the Park

Marilynn, Ben and his girlfriend, Sasha, and I went hiking in the park this morning. I haven't done that for years. Of course, that does not count for a run. I showed them the mushroom and took a photo, which I inserted below. We drove Sasha to the airport this evening and did not get back until about 7 p.m. I went to Nautilus and then ran laps at the track.
