Lavonne and I did 7.0 miles at the park at 5 this evening. It was hot, but it is suppose to be this time of the year. We ran into J. C. Guzman on the trail and he said that Curtis Barton was out there also. My hamstring felt fine.
I did seven on the inside trail. The golf course sign said the temp was 99 degrees, but I didn't think it felt that bad. It was hot though. Good job on two sevens in a week in this kind of temperature!

Lavonne and I were running the inside loop counter-clockwise. You must have been behind us.
