Amy Does 6.8 - Barefooted
Lavonne, Amy and I did the 6.8 mile outer loop at the park this evening. It was a new distance for Amy and she ran in her usual manner - barefooted. She and Lavonne are running well. We started at 6 p.m. when it was still hot. By the time we finished, the sun was low on the horizon and it at least seemed much cooler.

Wow! I hope you guys had a lot of water for that run. If you look at weather.com you can see the temps yesterday. At 6pm it was 100 degrees, 7pm it was 98, and it had dropped to a high 94 degrees by sunset. That's a scorcher!
