My plan was to run my 2.7 mile loop around town this evening. After a mile or so, I realized that it was not as hot as usual and/or the humidity was low. I actually felt comfortable. However, since I was siked up for 2.7, I left it at that.
You had a better time than me! At 5:30ish the park was more humid than I've experienced in quite awhile. That was probably enhanced by the standing water that had accumulated on the trails from Sunday's storms. It was nice to not contend with loose sand for once.
No, I was sleeping. I never run in the morning unless I'm racing. In fact, all races should be in the evening. We are running trails this evening. Will you be there?
