I drove 138 miles up to Tyler this morning to visit my brother in the hospital and drove back this afternoon. It was nearly dark by the time I got back. So, I worked out at Iron Works and then ran laps at the track.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 990 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons.
