Outriggers 5K on the Bay
I got up at 4:30 this morning for the 100-plus mile drive down to Seabrook for the Outriggers 5K on the Bay. As expected, it was hot and humid down on the coast. However, the course was flat and the post-race pizza and beer was good. I finished in 35:50, which placed me 4th in the 70-79 age group.

That is not a bad time, Ken. If I am remembering correctly, that is a better time than the recent races. Good job.
