It was just me and Jacob for the group run at the park this evening. Nice sunny and warm weather for January. I ran 3.5 miles, about half on the trails and half on the roads.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
