After 2 days of road racing, I went back to the state park late this morning and ran 3.2 miles on the trails. I was surprised how many people were on the trail on Monday, even another runner.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
